So this week I´ve decided to try to post an outfit or two, but boy oh boy, that´s easier to do when you´re a camera klutz...

This is me, sans makeup, the day before yesterday...

And look what a little lipstick and eyeliner can do ! ;) The dress is a vintage home made 50s ? dress. Had a bad hair day, so in went the hair in a net and a bandanna around.

Got ready to go out ( it was sooooo cold, no spring feeling at all...) and do a little shopping.

There was a little garage sale close by and this is what I found !

Today started with me getting this bottle in the mail ( I had ordered it) and finding out it was the size of a travel bottle of shampoo @ 30€ !! Well ... its supposed to make your hair amazingly shiny and very straight if you use it with a flat iron. So, I´m hoping that this stuff will bring fantastic health and beauty to my hair ! :) It should at that price...

Still today I wore my hair in a net again. ( Please excuse my messy bed...)

It turned out that this was the perfect hair to have when wearing a hat. Something I will try as soon as the weather permits.

One of my favorite blogs is The Vintage Kitten . I´m forever envious of all her little tasty treats
( not to mention that I play her effing music ALL the time while surfing other web pages) ... so ...

I decided to bake! Now, my mother would make Martha Stewart very proud, but that's not quite were my skills are...

Taadaa - thank God for pre-made cakes !! At least when they are so fresh like this apple crumble pie.

First the apples with some cinnamon ( no, I will not tell my mom I used ready made pieces of peeled apple... )

Then the crumbles...

Pop it in the oven.

While I had some baked fish and bean sallad - yummy!

And then ... Voila ! Yes,it did get a... little (little!) burnt...

So, it won´t show under som thick whipped vanilla cream... I just have to remove the basil leaves first... No, I did not have any mint leaves, who are you - my mother ?? ;)
