Its been almost impossible to keep my blog updated due to, amongst other things, constant poor Internet connection and new challenges here in Ghana, so my "blog lovin´" has been limited. But on that topic, thanks Jessica C - may you too have inspired days ! And to miss Madeline - meditation can be difficult, but also extremely awarding and "soul centering" - give it a try... :)
Although I won´t be home for more than 2 months, before I leave for Ghana again to complete my work here, I´m really looking forward to some quality "vintage time" when I´m home. Flee markets and vintage shops here I come ! :)
But for now its not so much 1940s fashion as a more authentic Ghanaian look that is needed. Tomorrow there is a cocktail for possible sponsors. And as officials from two different ministries have been invited as well as the ambassador from my own country, I thought I better "clean up my act" a little ... So, I went and bought myself a new dress for the occasion ! :) Unfortunately, I´ve been trying for sometime now to upload pictures ( its not working...), maybe I´ll have more luck another day.
