I was actually planning to have some pictures from my first burlesque event, but... my camera ran out of battery... :(
So I decided i would post some more outrageously beautiful Maya Hansen corsets ( I am now now a BIG fan !) That means that the three corset companies that truly"tickle my fancy" are Fairy Gothmother, Maya Hansen and the adorable What Katie did. And speaking of the latter read this great information I found on their website on how to find the perfect corset for your body.
It was great watching my first Burlesque performance ! We were a large and mixed crowd. Some gals had dressed up in their best vintage outfits. I wore my Stop Staring dress, drank champagne and hollered as loudly as all the rest ! :)
I must say it was a sensuous, funny and truly ( dare I say it ? ) feminist experience, as each lady unveiled only as much as she wanted to, as well as there were all kinds of bodies. It just reinforces my desire to eventually try myself ! :)
